Motion 6-week Training Program
Mondays and Wednesdays 6 to 8 pm
$200 for members, $300 for non-members
This program has been designed and tested to improve strength and technique. Includes a detailed training plan, gym access, and open coaching hours twice weekly. Sign up by sending us an email and a team member will contact you.
Intro to Bouldering
Monday-Thursday 5:30 pm | Saturdays 3 pm
FREE for members, $30 for non-members
Learn bouldering basics with an introduction to general safety, climbing terminology, and fundamental movements and techniques. All ages are welcome. Class includes 1-week membership with rental shoes and chalk.
Youth Program
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 to 5:30 pm
$120/month (1 practice/week)
$160/month (2 practices/week)
$200/month (3 practices/week)
Designed to teach problem-solving skills, climbing techniques and general fitness to children of ages 6 and older. Email us to schedule a tryout.
Private Instruction

$100/hour
Get one on one training with a pro. We will determine which areas and techniques to focus on during your sessions. Get 10 private sessions with a coach and a personalized training plan for $800.
